About the Class
This course guides students through the fundamentals of wire weaving and sculptural armature-building, from random weaving and the knotless loop stitch (inspired by Ruth Asawa) to vessel armatures (drawing on Hannah Vogel's technique), wire tree sculpture, and heavier-gauge copper work. The course closes with a free creative session for students to apply their skills to an original piece. All skill levels welcome.
